Development and Operations Coordinator

The Center for Health and Justice Transformation (CHJT) is looking for our newest team member! You will help grow the organization and support our work to advance health equity for justice-involved people.

We envision the Development and Operations Coordinator as the glue that binds our team together. This position will be responsible for:

· Planning and helping to execute CHJT events, including fundraisers and conferences.

· Supporting CHJT communications efforts, including social media and newsletters.

· Managing our database and assistance with budgets.

· Assisting with administrative tasks including scheduling meetings and travel coordination.

· Using the internet and other methods to research relevant topics.

Our ideal candidate is organized, independent, able to manage multiple projects, and ready to learn new systems and skills. This position is an excellent launching pad for someone who is interested growing their career in the nonprofit sector, is dedicated to pursuing social justice, and wants to build a diverse set of administrative skills.
