As a college student volunteering with the Bard Prison Initiative, I had the opportunity to meet with a group of incarcerated students who forever changed how I view incarceration and criminal justice.

Over a decade later, I remain driven to do work that centers the humanity of all people and fight for policies that afford dignity and opportunity to justice-involved individuals.
