HOW WE WORK

Training

We develop and design strategies and solutions that make criminal justice transformation not only more efficient and effective but also measures and communicates its impacts. This work includes developing engagement tools such as briefs, trainings, and guides to address challenges and solutions in criminal justice planning.

Health and Justice System Transformation 101:  A day-long workshop for up to 30 people to build a foundation in the principles and mechanics at the intersection of health and criminal justice. Hear case studies, participate in a reentry simulation, develop practical skills for facilitating discussion, and gain insights into challenges and ways to overcome them.

Health and Justice System Transformation: Advanced Training: A customized half-to full-day training for practitioners led by a cross-system team including individuals w/lived experience; researchers; program and policy specialists; law and correction experts. Learn best practices, strengthen skills, and troubleshoot challenges to improve the impact of your planning process.

Presentations: Keynote, lecture, or panel discussion on the intersection of health and justice system transformation and its impacts to families and communities for audiences of any size from school groups to conferences.
